Ross University School of Medicine Scholarship 2021

The Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training in collaboration with Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM) is pleased to announce the launch of scholarship opportunities offered by the Ross University School of Medicine.

Scholarships will be offered to students beginning medical school at RUSM with effect from January 2021.

ELIGIBLITY

a)      Eligible students must be citizens of Barbados who have maintained residency in Barbados for the last seven years. Resident citizens of Barbados who study overseas on special visas will be considered to have maintained residency in Barbados.

b)      A bachelor’s degree and MCAT examination is required.

Value of Scholarship

a)      Scholarships cover full tuition for all 10 semesters of study at Ross University School of Medicine, provided satisfactory academic progress and good standing (as defined in the RUSM Student Handbook), are maintained by the student

One (1) Ross University School of Medicine completed application form which is available online from

should be submitted to the Tertiary Section of the Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training no later than December 23, 2020.
