Registration of Private Institutions
Private institutions are reminded that they MUST register annually with the Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training no later than September 1. Failure to do so may result in the closure of the institution.
Please note that persons tutoring more than three (3) students are also required to be registered.

Homeschooling
Parents and guardians are required to seek permission from the Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training prior to beginning homeschooling. Failure to receive written permission is a breach of the Education Act and may result in legal prosecution.
