The Education Technical Management Unit (ETMU) was established in 1979 to ensure dedicated management of discrete project initiatives of the Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training. The Unit works closely with other project units across the Ministry to ensure that special projects are implemented with alacrity and within budget guidelines.
